When is the mayor going to stop a council person from discussing

Cape May - When is the mayor going to stop a council person from discussing city business at a local convenience store each morning? Lawsuits, personnel matters, including a new position being created. These are all issues that are discussed in closed session and not to be repeated until they are settled. I think they forgot they took an oath.
