At what point will CM say enough?

Cape May - At what point will CM say enough? Enough cars, enough people, enough trash & noise, enough catering to the bars and restaurants, and now we hear WCM & LT are going to sell and deliver marijuana to CM. Silence is not golden. It is detrimental to our health, safety, welfare and enjoymnet of a great historic city. Speak-up People. We want our community back to normal.
