What is it with bad tippers?

Cape May - What is it with bad tippers? Did you not budget in your food expense for someone to wait on you? Do you think people work free? Would you work free? These are questions all shore servers are thinking. We have to tip out to bussers, food runners and bartenders. When you leave 10 or 15 percent for good service there is no question how absurd that is! It is 2016 and as everyone knows 18 percent at least should be left. If the server is good, you should leave 20 percent. If you cannot afford to tip, my tip to you is to stay home!
