What is it with bad servers?

Cape May - What is it with bad servers? Did you not budget for lack of tips for your own bad service? Do you think customers don't deserve proper service? Would you put up with poor service if you were eating out? These are questions all shore restaurant customers are thinking. We have to pay for a meal out and then subsidize the wait staff. When you provide lackluster, slipshod, or aggravating service there is no question how absurd it is to expect a 20 percent tip! It is 2016 and everyone knows that good tips come from good service. If you cannot provide it, my advice is to find another job!
