Cape May - What is with all the dogs on the Washington Street shopping mall in Cape may? Was there shopping on a recent Saturday and dogs were everywhere. People look at the signs that say no dogs yet they disregard that which means they disregard the laws of Cape May. Yet nothing is said or done.
