Cape May - West Cape May Parade, albeit nice, is too long. Three and a half hours to see Santa is too much in the cold for the little ones. The parade stops were ten plus minutes caused by performers at the judges stand. How about limiting the performance to three minutes, like the Mummers do in Philadelphia?
