Cape May - Watching the gentleman question a resolution at the Cape May council. I thought there is a time of 48 hours prior to a public meeting that it has to be turned out for the public to review and have an opportunity to question. Why was the mayor against it being read ? The lawyer said it was ok. Thank you sir !
