Cape May - Wanted: Someone with some knowledge of how to program traffic light controllers for county and state. Short list: Lafayette and Elmira (northbound left turn delay when no one else on street); Lafayette and Madison (northbound left turn delay when no one else on street); 109 at Ocean Drive (timing); 109 at Tranquility (on manual, stops traffic on 109 when no one exiting Tranquility). Been that way all winter.
