Cape May - Wait minute, a law professor tells another law professor that there are a lot of low performing black students in her class, and she gets fired? That sounds like an observation that she makes with some regret, not racism. Was she lying? Did she say she intentionally gives black students lower grades? No. Why fire this teacher rather than trying to correct whatever the core problems that exists that cause black students to perform poorly. Why not face that there may be a problem with educational systems that could be fixed, rather than screaming “racist” to anyone who calls out these problems.
