Cape May - The voters of Cape May need to consider recalling the member of Cape May City Council who repeatedly votes against everything, including the public safety building and Franklin Street School. In New Jersey, recall may not commence during the first year in office, no specific grounds are required and time for gathering signatures is 160 days. Signature requirement is equal to 25% of the registered voters of the district.
