Cape May - Visitors BEWARE. The city is under construction, streets torn up and contractors are parked wherever they please and NO ENFORCEMENT. They park in any direction, In front of fire hydrants driveways and they have No regard for the homeowners or visitors. This is No way to run a historic National Landmark City. City government is chasing away quality visitors..
