Visiting Cape May and can’t believe that continuing home improve

Cape May - Visiting Cape May and can’t believe that continuing home improvement on West Perry Street now has a porta potty prominently displayed on the front yard. Are there no restrictions or requirements? Obviously homes need to be remodeled, but this house closed down West Perry Street last summer. Still not even close to being finished. Renovations need to be done in the off season and be respectful to the character of Cape May. What will this smell like as the weather gets warmer? I’ll need to walk on the other side of the street. Hate to think what the neighbors are dealing with. Yuck.
