Cape May - With the tourist season approaching, we looked forward to the young men and women from Europe coming here for summer employment. They were always nice, bright friendly young people that were dependable and worked hard, sometimes two and three jobs. We enjoyed having them work for us. They came to the States with the proper passports and work visas and returned to their countries after the season was over. What I am hoping we do not see is the individuals that crossed our southern border looking for work here. As for our businesses, we won't hire them.
