Cape May - Time for Obama to act like a president and put an end to these senseless murders of police and innocent, decent citizens in this country. He doesn't have the guts to admit that life in the black community has not improved under his administration. If anything, life has gotten worse. Leaders should lead and he is anything but a good leader.
