Cape May - Thanks for a wonderful Christmas Parade BUT who is responsible for cleaning up all of the empty containers and the uneaten candy / used candy wrappers. At 8am on Sunday, I picked up 5+ pounds on Perry Street, and at 11am, I picked up another 5+ on West Perry. I do this so my dog will not need another intestinal surgery for eating something that she shouldn't and because it needs to be done.
