Cape May - To the spouters who keep complaining about the 'Resident Only' parking signs: They are for residents only all year long. They pay the city to have a designated spot in front of their home, and just because the meters will go off Nov. 1 does not mean that you can go and park at that paid, permitted spot. Cape May is not the only city that has 'Residents Only' paid, permitted parking. If a person has a home that does not have a driveway, why should they have to go and park blocks away when they can pay a fee for an annual parking spot?
