Cape May - To the spouter who asked why there are no parking meters along the beach on the east side of town: There is a group called friends and neighbors of east Cape May who fought for this. They did not want any parking meters near their homes. Not many groups succeed with this type of thing in Cape May. Would guess none of the homes are their primary residence. Must have connections with the three m's. Locals could have never gotten away with this. Maybe we, on the other side of town should try to have all meters near the Cove removed. That would only be fair for all.
