Cape May - To the Spouter from North Wildwood. I have no idea which book you may be referring to but with regard to young people having access to guns, that is exactly the problem. I had access to guns at age 10, as did my son and grandson. Children should be taught about the proper use and handling of firearms. The NRA has a great program for kids (Eddie Eagle)and what to do if you were to find them. Proper training was common place years ago. Now for some reason we have the fear of educating are young adults about the proper handling, use and respect for firearms. Education works!
