Cape May - To the spouter complaining about checks and balances and political activist judges, Trump did have one good court outcome recently. Even though he got beat on his travel ban and he is being sued for inciting violence, Hispanic Judge Curiel did not act in a "rigged" or prejudicial way regarding the Trump University lawsuit. Curiel allowed a $25 million settlement deal to be effectuated to pay back the hundreds of students who were fleeced by Trump's misrepresentations.

Moderator's Note:
An NPR article March 31 states, "A federal judge has approved a $25 million settlement deal between President Trump and students who paid for Trump University real estate seminars, bringing lengthy litigation to a close. The deal, which calls for Trump to reimburse the students who say they were defrauded, was struck in November but needed approval from U.S. District Judge Gonzalo Curiel. He signed off on the settlement Friday in San Diego. Trump doesn't admit any wrongdoing under the terms of the settlement."
