Cape May - To a spouter complaining about beach taggers in Cape May and handicap tags, I agree, way too many tags are just handed out, but in Cape May, you are allowed to park in a metered space with your placard in view and not put any money in the meters due to lack of handicap spots available. Other shore towns do not do this. They are not allowed to drive with the placards in their windows at all times. States it right on the placard.
