Cape May - This spout may offend some people, but facts are facts. Quality of life for minorities will not improve unless serious changes are made. One big change for minorities would be to look beyond voting for Democrats. Murder, mayhem, drugs, gangs, poor schools and dirty neighborhoods remain in districts controlled by Democrats. This trend must be stopped. Voting for Democrats is not the way out of the ghetto.
