Cape May - Spout off just isn’t what it used to be. I recall reading spout off while drinking coffee and having a chuckle. Laughing at our small town problems. I miss that. Will we ever recover from the former president and the current president? Will we ever come together and bicker over trash can sizes and parking meters again? I sure hope so.
