Cape May - Some of the local residents applaud Zack in digging up the old study to put the Cape May police station where the transportation center is located. We'd like to hear more about it before the three amigos shut it down. As per a previous spouter, it is not in the center of the Elmira/Bank/Broad neighborhood, but on the outskirts, closer to downtown. As for speeding police cars going down Elmira, that already happens, so it is nothing new. Maybe it will result in better enforcement of all speeders.
