Cape May - So the owner of the CM Beach Theatre has moved on to Ocean City to build a hotel. I hope the City of Cape May makes him tear down the delapidated theatre and stop taking rent from those stores. The building is being held up by poles. He is responsible whether or not he builds a hotel.
