Cape May - Seems like Lafayette St., Mall has gone to the dogs. Was there on a recent Saturday evening and counted 11 dogs as I walk from one end to the other. Many barking at people walking by. One person had an extended leash that you really in and let their dog out about 25 feet where people could trip. Where are these police officers to enforce this. There’s no security on the mall at all. Children jumping in the fountains, kids on skateboards, yet No enforcement.
