Cape May - Seems like all bark, no bite with the City of Cape May's Police Department claim to drop the entire island to 25 MPH or less. We have seen E Bikes plow through red lights at 25+ MPH's, Mom's in golf carts with infants in their arms blazing down Beach Avenue, and aggressive drivers cutting across double yellow lines to pass. Remember that nothing was done by the Borough of West Cape May after a biker was run over and killed on Broadway last year. And nothing more than a Facebook post by the current Mayor "reporting" the woman who was hit by a distracted driver on Pittsburgh. What's next ?
