Cape May - Saw in Exit Zero that they are considering putting a parking garage on Beach Ave. in the location of the old movie theater! Can't the town work with the developer to put it on Lafayette or near the Ace Hardware? Shame to waste prime real estate near the beach!

According to a Herald article April 5, "One questioner, Zack Mullock, rose to express concern about a news item in a local publication that spoke of efforts to put a six-story parking garage in the heart of the historic district and a welcoming of national big box retailers to the city. He quickly learned that he had taken the bait for that publication’s annual pre-April Fool’s issue."
