Cape May - Sad that the great kids of Lower Cape May Regional High School marching band have a leader who screamed "they aren't playing while the parade isn't moving" during their role as "Santa's escort" in the West Cape May Parade. Well, I am 100 percent sure his inappropriate response has landed him on Santa's naughty list. Every one of the other fabulous bands played while standing.
