Cape May - A "retired" lieutenant from the Cape May Police Department has decided to run for mayor. Does he think we have forgotten that he was basically forced out of the department based on the allegation that he was abusing time and under an investigation by the department and the Cape May County Prosecutor's Office? Then again, it sounds just like Cape May County politics.
