Reading so many spouts about the abuse of handicap parking stick

Cape May - Reading so many spouts about the abuse of handicap parking stickers, I happened on a man pulling into a handicap parking space near the Cove Beach in Cape May. Not such a big deal except for the fact that he had a surfboard in the back of his vehicle. He proceeded to place the handicap placard on his rearview mirror, got out of his vehicle and picked up his longboard and headed down to the beach. I continued to watch in amazement as he was catching waves. The meter police should watch this area closely. A nice big ticket is in order for this person.
