There are several ramps in the Cape May area and the best time to watch these characters is after a long hot summer day on the water. They are tired and hot, didn't catch fish and a little tipsy from the warm beer. The ramps are crowded, and they want to get their boats on the trailers asap. Tempers flare because the tide is low, and they can't get the boat on the trailer. Best show in town and it's free.
