Cape May - Re: The Stone Harbor comment/complaint about building a new lifeguard headquarters. If the lifeguards feel they need it, then build it. Here is an idea. Build it during the winter, like the powerline poles that were installed along Avalon Blvd. during the off-season. People complained, but the island needed the new poles and lines and after it was all said and done, the whining stopped. Same thing applies to the new headquarters. Build it and they will get over it.
