Cape May - RE: The Stone Harbor comment complaining about the 35 MPH speed limit and the speed bumps.............again!! Here is some advice for you as you are entering town. Relax. You are not in Chester, Bucks or Montco anymore; you are at "the beach". This isn't the Blue Route, I-95, ACE or the GSP. It is a nice seashore road where you can "chill-out" as you enter "the beach". So, take your three-pointed star or your beamer and shift into a lower gear. You are entering "The Seashore at its finest". And by the way, the speed limit in my town is 25 MPH and it is being strictly enforced. Love it!
