Cape May - Re: The North Wildwood comment on your neighbor and their feeding the squirrels. Not to worry, hopefully you are a local and here year-round. When your neighbor leaves and locks up their home for the off-season, the squirrels will have an "open house" in that house because that was an easy food source all summer. Yup, they will eat the insulation, wiring, papers, books and basically anything they want. Sweet revenge is yours via the squirrels!
