Cape May - Re: The North Cape May comment on the Cannabis Shop and Rio Grande. Yes, you are right. Rio Grande has been a trouble spot in Middle Township for a very long time and bringing a 2nd Cannabis Shop to that area will only increase an already bad situation. Having access to liquor and now weed are not great options for that town along with other nearby towns as well. All about the money isn't it.
