Cape May - Re: The Court House comment/complaint about speed bumps on Stone Harbor Blvd. Yes, they are needed there and many other roadways too. The excessive speed lawbreakers need a wakeup call and so be it if they blow out their struts and shocks when barreling over the speed bumps. It's really funny watching these lawbreakers thinking they are getting to their destination quicker by breaking the speeding laws............I drive the speed limit and catch up to the lawbreakers at every stop light.
