Cape May - Re: The Court House comment on Smith Island and how the ocean is claiming the land. Some of us have elected (including me) to build our homes close to the water. The planet goes thru natural changes and tides rising and falling are some of them. If we made a choice to build close to the water, then it should be no surprise to us that someday we will lose our towns and homes to nature.
