Cape May - Re: the Cape May spout on the rusted bridges along the Ocean Drive, this is what you see while walking or driving over the bridges. I set minnow traps under the small connecting bridges and the steel framework under the bridges looks like Swiss cheese. This is not a laughing matter. The bridges are dangerous and someone needs to make a quick decision on repairing or replacing these old structures before someone gets hurt or worse.
