Cape May - RE: The Cape May spout on beach goers that lock their chairs to fences along the beach instead of renting a beach box. That is almost as bad as the folks that come to the beach early and set up their massive tents and chairs down by the waters edge. Pretty sure these are same folks that put chairs in their parking spots after they have cleared the the snow from their cars so no one will take their spot after they leave. Big city rudeness has invaded our town.
