Cape May - Re: The Cape May rant to the people that have rental properties, that they should screen the dogs as well as the people that rent the house. Your rant that your dogs were viscously attacked by the renter's dogs. Where were you and where were your dogs when they were viscously attacked? Were you in their yard? Were the renter's dogs unleashed and in your yard? Are these renters year-round or short term? Were the police notified about the "vicious" dogs? Do you live on the East side of Pittsburgh Ave.? I am a local and most of the rants seem to come from that side of town. ENJOY CM.......if you can.
