Cape May - Re: the Cape May Planning Board vote on the proposed redevelopment zone, the study formed the basis for the vote, not the supposed political views of the public that spoke at the hearing. The fact is that there is only one lot in the study area that meets the standards set forth in the NJ statute as qualifying for redevelopment. That lot contains the Macedonia Baptist Church parsonage, which was supposedly excluded from the study. Thanks to former mayor Mahaney for his comments.
