Cape May - Re: a Cape May comment on so-called rundown properties in Cape May and West Cape May, true, there may be some properties that may need a little work but "rundown" is certainly not the condition of any of these properties. My wife and I recently purchased a property that needs some work, but in a short amount of time our hidden gem will be another Cape May diamond.
