Cape May - RE: The Cape May Beach comment on the e-biker that dresses in camo and rides too fast on the Promenade. What's the big deal? E-bikes, scooters, golf carts have joined the ranks of self-centered, all about me, careless motor vehicle drivers all over the place. Nobody stops for red lights, stop signs or pays attention to the posted speed limits anymore and God forbid if you are one of the few drivers that pays attention to the rules of the road, you will be hollered at or worse. A civilized world? Not anymore.
