Cape May - Re: The Avalon comment on why the Bourough is holding out on dealing with juvenile delinquency in town. These "juveniles" know they can get away with anything because like most of the folks along the 7-Mile Island, they are "entitled" and their spoiled little juveniles can call Daddy, who is no doubt a big deal attorney in New York or Philly and the Bourough clearly doesn't want to fool with big money attorneys and their spoiled rotten kids.
