Please explain why the Beach Safety Committee has no meeting sch

Cape May - Please explain why the Beach Safety Committee has no meeting scheduled on the Cape May meetings agenda. I returned from Florida with positive ideas implemented that could possibly be adapted for Cape May . Last year I tried to meet with the Deputy Mayor and the committee chair person but again that month there was not a meeting. Are Beach Safety random at their discretion? Maybe I should try the lifeguards?
