I've been passed twice with drivers using the shoulder lane. Weekends are the worst with rice burners blasting away. Not just cars the trucks and buses are enjoying the smooth road as well. With the speed limit lowered to accommodate LSV bad accident only a matter of time. Tailgaters don't make exceptions for LSV.
