Cape May - To the people always complaining about dogs. Listen, 98% of dog owners are responsible and clean up after their pet. This is no different when you're driving around Cape May County and see fast food cups, bags, trash, cigarette buts, beer cans and so on. There are a select few who don't seem to care. Please, don't blame the dog, it's not their fault. Also remember, this area has been exploding for the last few decades and space is getting limited. That's no excuse for "bad" dog owners, but again, don't beat the dog for what the owners do.
