"Parking for Resident" signs are back, unfortunately.

Cape May - "Parking for Resident" signs are back, unfortunately. Taking up prime parking spots right now, with no car parked in the designated spot. Think how much money the city is losing by not having a meter in these spots. They serve no purpose whatsoever. Handicapped spots are a different story. Can anyone park in these spots between 10 p.m. and 10 a.m. like the metered spots? I would guess so. This way we could go out for breakfast or late at night and use the parking space.
