Cape May - The parking problem in Cape May does not exist because of the number of visitors who come to town. Day trippers are a rarity these days. The problem exists because of the number of cars each visiting family brings. Gone are the days of a family arriving at a destination in one vehicle. Hotels only have one spot per room. Houses only have so much room in a driveway. Many B&Bs have no parking at all. The extra cars are then parked at the closest, non-metered spot and left there for days, taking up precious space. Wish I had a solution.
