Cape May - To owners of gigantic luxury vehicles with ultra bright head lights: PLEASE TURN DOWN YOUR HIGH BEAMS when they are not needed. They are blinding to after-dark pedestrians. Yes, some people still go places on foot, like in the “old days”.
